Ayo is an accomplished Project Management Entrepreneur and a Fellow of the prestigious American Academy of Project Management [AAPM]. He holds the professional qualification,
Master Project Manager [MPM] and Chartered International Certification, Certified International Project Manager [CIPM] from the same academy in addition to University degrees.

Ayo Thomas is the Nation’s leading advocate of the application of Project Management Methodologies in the management and implementation of our National elections process. He is highly connected and understood the operations of the election management bodies and well trained and has wide knowledge and practical experience in Elections Project Management [EPM] as it applies to various elections at different levels of jurisdictions.

He is the founder and lead strategist at BALLOTmatics, a successful Election consul ting firm. He has supported and assisted in many Elections helping political parties and candidates from different Political backgrounds to develop successful Election Management Strategies atdifferent levels. In 2023, he led the BALLOTmatics team on a mission to deliver a very successful full-blown Election consulting for one of the best performing/serving Governor.
