BALLOTmatics advocacy purpose is to promote, preserve, and improve democracy through strategic support to build capacities of critical stakeholders in elections administration. In this regard, needs assessment studies and research on elections administration are regularly conducted with a view to designing trainings and certifications programs, conferences, workshops and Seminars. This is with a view to improving the methods of operation and efficiency of the stakeholders with up to date skills set in election administration.

In this same regard and knowing fully well that continuous professional education is the cornerstone of continuous improvement of Democracy;

BALLOTmatics is to commence collaboration for the implementation of a specialized continuing professional education with a leading University for professional growth and development of the Nation’s top election administrators, top Political party administrators and the Top Civil Society organizations on election duties and all other critical stakeholders in the Election administration Community. The unique nature of the responsibilities associated with elections administration and management makes it more vital than other responsibilities in industry, or government as it aims to boost understanding and knowledge of the special requirements necessary for the smooth operations for election administrations.

Accordingly, there is the need to ensure that key practitioners in these specialized duties possesses the requisite experience, exposure and education so as to gaining Gain an understanding of the laws and regulations governing electoral process administration and management, political parties operations and other stakeholders complementing activities.
